Blade/Blower Blade Change

1) Insert blade into the open end of the pivot at a downward angle towards the mortal retainer.

2) Push blade through until firmly locked into position.

Nylon Change

3) Insert the pre-cut nylon upward towards the metal ramp.

4) While pressing down on the loop of the nylon, pull through until locked into place.

Installation for Curved Shaft Trimmers or Straight Shafts with Threaded Arbor Shaft.

1) Remove bump, spool, and spring from the existing head.

2) Select the correct bolt/nut that fits your model appropriately.

3) Install the spacer cup and place the silver washer on top.

4) Insert the selected bolt/nut in the hex-shaped cavity in the new head.

5) Rotate head until tight.

NOTE: Do "NOT" over tighten the head. Make sure the head turns freely before the unit is started!

Installation for Straight Shaft Trimmers or Curved Shafts with Threaded Arbor Less than 1”

1) The existing head must be removed completely.

2) Select the correct bolt/nut that fits your model appropriately.

3) Installed the selected bolt/nut in the hex-shaped cavity in the new head.

4) Rotate until tight.

NOTE: "DO NOT" over tighten the head. Make sure the head turns freely before the unit is started!

CAUTION

Always wear safety glasses and body protection while operating machinery. Before stating machinery, make sure all nuts and bolts are properly and securely installed. When changing the trimmer line/blades, make sure the engine is off. Always follow safety precautions as instruction by trimmer manufacturers. Do not use in vertical position when using the device with blades.
